Giant Mini Cooper chandelier lights up people's imagination at Milan Furniture Fair

The Milan furniture fair will kick off from Tuesday. The D day is still yet to arrive but the early bird previews have already started, right with the first media previews held at showrooms and special installations. These previews gave the presenters a chance to showcase their just-finished prototypes and new collections for 2011.

Now, I have seen chandeliers before with sparkling lights and hanging bulbs, in all shapes and sizes, designs and varieties. But, this is the first time I have seen a chandelier made out of hanging cars. The 50th annual Salone Internazionale del Mobile, otherwise known as the Milan furniture fair saw the launch of a chandelier made out of hanging cars.

I know this must have got the wheels of your brains turning wondering what I’m talking about and if I have lost it, but then it’s true.

As per the Los Angeles Time, this is an event of the year and a ‘design frenzy’. The chandelier being displayed has been incorporated out of Mini Coopers and obviously, the contraption does not come without its share of controversies. The utility of the chandelier is being questioned, while at the same time it is being wondered if there would be any light involved at all. But critics have their own way of pacifying everyone’s ruffled feathers. As per their reviews, if the headlights of the cars are switched on, then even the lighting purpose would be solved in the most appropriate way.

Now, everything has been left to the viewer’s imagination to design ways of firing up the chandelier, of course, not literally.

Mini Cooper Transforms Into Awesome Gaming Chair

This Mini Cooper opens up to become a beautiful entertainment chair. It’s perfect for games (especially racing games) but also does well with movies and music because the seat has a vibration pad (called the ‘Butt Kicker’ no less) to get you in the action.
Along with a comfy cushion and gnarly speakers, the converted Mini Cooper has a remote-controlled smoke machine, a small fridge at the back, iPod dock and headphones, 500-watt amplifier, strobes and lasers. One thing though, the puppy costs about $US13,000.

Orang ramai sangat ceria malam ni. Masing-masing dengan agenda sendiri. Ke ceramah, ke countdown, ke pusat-pusat hiburan dll.

Namun di satu sudut dunia, anak-anak muda ini tidak mengendahkan sambutan tahun baru dan bersuka ria sebaliknya, membela hak sedang diasak kerana mempertahankan hak mereka. Ada yang dibelasah hingga nazak,ada juga yang di sumbatkan ke penjara.

Mohon Solat Hajat dan doakan kesejahteraan untuk mereka.
